HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

EU: Free shipping on all EU orders over €75

- International: Subject to change based on destination, costs are quoted including duties at checkout.

CAN I REMOVE/ADD/CHANGE ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER?
  • Unfortunately not, once the order ships we will have to wait for you to receive your order and then treat it as an exchange euinfo@arvingoods.com
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

When the order isn’t ready for transport, adjustments can be made on the order. You can also log back into your account and cancel the order but once the order ships we will have to wait for you to receive your order and then process it as a return. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Yes, after your items ship you should receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

EU: general time frame is 2-5 business days

International: Varies based on destination

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE REFUND AS A CUSTOMER?

You may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). You can return the items by post/courier. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us in error. We do recommend you use a courier service which provides insurance for the value of the items you return or at least provides you with proof of shipment.

Make sure the items you want to return are properly packaged.

  • Put the item(s) you wish to return in the box.
  • Bring your package to a post office and sent it to the address below. Please make sure you keep the shipping receipt as proof.
  • Please note that we can only accept items which are undamaged and have the original labels attached.

 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we have received your return in our warehouse. The amount of your return will be refunded via the original payment method.
